Apartment “The Windotter”

Apartment “The Windotter” also has its own entrance and is located on the first floor. It is suitable for a long stay for two (up to 3, 4) people.

The living room with 50m² is very spacious and equipped with beautiful oak flooring.
The doors to a French balcony offer a panoramic view of the polder landscape, the IJsselstein church towers and the famous television tower. This radio mast is annually transformed around Christmas into the largest Christmas tree in the world.

Special about “The Windotter is the luxurious bathroom with freestanding bath and large walk-in shower.

The Windotter has one bedroom with two single beds (or one double bed) The living room has an extra spacious sofa bed and there is a built-in bedstead for two persons (length of the bedstead: 185 cm).
For our guests of “”The Windotter” we have a private terrace at the orchard with a view over the beautiful rural polder. Here you can, if the weather allows, enjoy a nice breakfast in the rising sun.

The Living has a beautiful kitchen island with all facilities, a lovely relax sofa, an extra sofa bed and a large dining table
Total area of ​​the apartment is 110 sq.m.

We ask for a one month rental deposit which is the amount of half a month’s total rent (The deposit refund will be within two weeks after departure, if the apartment is left behind with a sweep clean apartment and if there are no defects.) For the final cleaning we charge € 75, -. Gas / Electricity / Water /Municipal expenses included.
